Nation polityst theory predicts and history corroborates that a nation with a failed main system will eventually become revanchist under a dictator, which will lead to military conflict if the nation is strong enough. Russia is just such a nation whose communist system fell in 1990, so she may wage a war, which could become World War III, President Putin possibly being the theoretically predicted dictator.
